OUR STORY
In the initial years, I started by planting just a few coffee trees and learning the
basics of farming. It was a steep learning curve, but I was determined to make it
work. It was hard work, but it was also incredibly rewarding. I learned everything I
could about coffee farming, from the best time to plant and harvest to the most
effective ways to fertilize and prune.
Tribal Community & Relationship
Our farm was in an area that was home to a local tribe of people who had
traditionally been excluded from economic opportunities. I saw an opportunity to
not only grow high-quality coffee but also to provide employment and training to
these people.
